Resubmitting Errored Product

In the event that radar products encounter errors during processing, our system provides a seamless and efficient solution for users to resubmit these errored products for reprocessing. This functionality is designed to minimize disruptions and ensure the timely availability of accurate radar data.

How to Resubmit Errored Products

  1. Navigate to the Errored Products Page

    Users can access the Errored Products Page through the program's main menu.

  2. Locate the Resubmit Option

    Once on the Errored Products Page, users will find the "Resubmit" option conveniently positioned near the export and refresh buttons.

  3. Select the Desired Errored Product

    Identify the specific radar product that encountered errors and needs to be resubmitted. Users can select one or multiple products for resubmission.

  4. Click the Resubmit Button

    Hit the "Resubmit" button to initiate the reprocessing of the selected radar products. This action triggers the system to address the encountered errors and process the data again.

  5. Monitor Resubmission Progress

    Users can track the progress of the resubmission directly from the program interface. Real-time updates on the status of each resubmitted product will be provided to keep users informed.

  6. Review Results

    Once the resubmission process is complete, users can review the updated status of the radar products. Successful resubmissions will reflect accurate and error-free data.
