Username¶

The Username field on the login screen is where you enter the unique identifier associated with your account. This must be in the format of a valid email address. Make sure to enter the correct username to access your account securely. Usernames are often case-sensitive, so ensure you type it exactly as it was assigned to you.

This will be provided by your system administrator. While the format of the username must be in e-mail format the actual e-mail address need not exist.

Required: Yes
Validation: Must be in the form of a valid e-mail address.
Example: yourusername@example.com

Password¶

The Password field on the login screen is where you enter the confidential code associated with your account to ensure secure access. Passwords are case-sensitive, meaning "Password123" and "password123" would be considered different.

Required: Yes
Validation: The password must be six characters long, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a digit and one alphanumeric character.
Example: Password1!

Login Button¶

Clicking the Login Button button after entering your correct username and password will initiate the login process, allowing you to access your account. The button is designed to verify the provided credentials and grant access to the associated account. It is essential to ensure you have entered the correct username and password before clicking the "Login" button to prevent login failures. After successful authentication, you will be directed to the Home Screen. If the information entered is incorrect an error message will be displayed.

Version¶

The Version Number identifies the specific release of the program you are using. It serves as a unique identifier for the current state of the software. When referring to the Version Number in documentation or when seeking support, it's important to include this information, as different versions might have varying features, improvements, or bug fixes.
